Fast pizza with mozzarella

The recipe for a quick pizza. Despite the fact that yeast is dough, it does not need to be approached long - it's only 20-30 minutes, pizza will still be excellent.

Dough

2.5 cups of flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp. Dry yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1 glass of warm water

Filling

2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
250 g of chopped tomatoes in own juice
salt and pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
150 g of mozzarella
1 bunch of basil

Dough

In a bowl, sift the flour, make a small groove and pour oil into it, pour in the yeast and salt.

Slowly start pouring water into the groove, gently mixing the flour from the edges into the center. When the dough becomes viscous enough, mix everything well.
Put the dough on the work surface and knead until it becomes elastic - about 10 minutes.

Cover the dough, put in a warm place (you can in a sink filled with hot water). Give him a little to come up (20-30 minutes).

Sauce

Finely chop garlic, fry it in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the tomatoes, pepper and salt a little. Sprinkle oregano and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

When the dough is ready, cut it into 2 halves. Each half gently begin to stretch: from the middle, rotating to make a circle. If so difficult - you can just roll out a rolling pin. The dough should be about 5 mm thick.

For each pizza put the sauce. Distribute it on the pizza, smeared around the back of the spoon.

Top with cheese and basil leaves cut into slices.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 10 minutes until mozzarella melts.
