DIY fruits on the stick自做冰糖葫芦

I love to eat the Crispy Sugar-Coated Fruit on a Stick. Indeed I always remember my father’s taste on it. He did it simply and I had an idea about doing it by myself. Why not do it by myself , maybe I can do it very well . So today I will share the fruits on the stick with you .

Ingredients:
Hawthorn
Apple
Cherry Tomatoes
An orange
Kiwifruit
The bamboo sticks
sugar
sesame

methods :
wash the fruit clean and cut them into pieces except hawthorn and cherry tomatoes. Then pick them up on the sticks. You can put five or six on it for one each stick. Very nice to look .

The most important step is to boil the syrup. The ratio is 2 to 1. two spoons of sugar, one spoon of water. Put them into the non-stick pan and melt it first .

Turn the small fire and watch the changes of the bubbles. If the bubbles change from big to small , then you can taste it , see if it is crispy . If it doesn't stick to the teeth, it's all right. At this time , you can put sesame into the syrup.

Turn the fruit stick around in syrup fast and them put them on the pan. About 10 minutes , it is ok. Look , are they beautiful ?

Because it is the first time to do it , the syrup is not very good. But the fruit tastes really sweet . It seems that my skill needs a little bit of proficiency.

喜欢吃冰糖葫芦, 确从来没有做过,以前总是吃爸爸做的冰糖葫芦, 觉得他做的那么简单。 突然萌生一个念头, 何不自己做冰糖葫芦? 看看是否有当年爸爸做的味道? 于是便着手开始准备。把家里有的水果多搬了出来, 还好有猕猴桃,苹果,橘子,山楂,还有小柿子,所以,今天就跟大家分享一下我周末做的自制冰糖葫芦。

材料:
水果
山楂
苹果
圣女果
橘子
猕猴桃
竹签子

芝麻
做法:
把水果洗好,苹果去皮,橘子扒成瓣儿,猕猴桃切成块。把山楂,苹果块,橘子,猕猴桃,圣女果 用竹签子串好, 每个串个或者6个,颜色搭配开,这样很好看。

最重要的步骤是熬糖浆。比例是2比1. 糖用两勺的话, 水就用一勺。放在不粘锅里充分溶解,然后调小火,慢慢熬制糖浆, 看到气泡由大到小,糖浆发褐色时,用筷子试试,点一下,放凉水中,看是否发脆,咬一下不粘牙就是好了。

山楂串快速的在糖浆里转一圈,然后放到电饼铛上,(我没有铁板,拿这个当铁板)凉凉,大约10分钟冰糖葫芦就好了。 做好的冰糖葫芦是这个样子。

由于是第一次做,糖浆的火候掌握的还不是很好,糖多了,比较粘稠,蘸的也不是很均匀。尝了一下, 很好吃,可是造型没有当年爸爸做的漂亮,看来手艺还需要一点点的熟练啊, 俗话说:“孰能生巧!”

经过这次体验,觉得看似简单的事情, 做起来未必简单。凡事都需要有个训练的过程,不过吃起来还算酸酸甜甜,也算初步成功了吧!
