My private kitchen(Eight) Steamed dumplings — mother's taste! 我的私房小厨(八)茴香蒸饺— 妈妈的味道!

I always enjoy eating steamed dumplings with all kinds of stuffing, especially my mother’s dumplings , big , juicy and never greasy. You always want to eat more . Now I live far away from my mother, I can eat my mother’s dumplings only when I go back to my hometown. So today , I want to have a try, make dumplings by myself . truly speaking, it really has my mother’s taste! The following is what I want to share with you . First , a picture for you, my steemians !

Ingredients

fennel

Pork

Onion ginger

Cooking wine

Sauce

Five spice powder,

flour

water

Methods:

1. First use the boiling water to mix the flour , about a half, then add cold water to mix it well. The effect of boiling water with the flour is that the dumpling wrappers are soft. when you eat .

2. Fennel, remove yellow leaves, soak for a while and wash it clean , then put them in the boiling water , and then pull them out , sock in cold water and then pull out again .

3. cut the fennel into pieces , ready to use!

4. put the ginger, cooking wine , sauce, five spice powder some oil in the meat stuffing, then put the fennel to mix it together. You can smell the delicious taste.

5. Roll up the dumpling wrappers, them make dumplings , you can make it a little big , in this way , you can eat nicely !

6. Put the dumplings into the pot, and fifteen minutes later, you can eat them, very great !

Love notes:

1.you must use boiling water to mix the flour , or it will affect your taste. Chopped fennel, do not squeeze too much water, otherwise you will taste dry when you eat .

一直以来都非常喜欢吃蒸饺,各种馅的,尤其是妈妈包的蒸饺,又大,又水灵,一点不油腻,怎么吃也吃不够。城市里生活久了,离妈妈也远了,除非回老家,否则很难吃到妈妈包的蒸饺。 今天我就试试, 自己包一回喜欢吃的茴香蒸饺, 别说, 还真是有妈妈的味道!下面就把这个蒸饺分享给大家!先上个图,哈哈!

原料:
茴香
猪肉
葱姜
料酒
味极鲜酱油
五香粉,
面粉

做法:
1.先用开水烫面,一半左右,然后再加冷水,把面和好。开水和面的效果是皮吃起来很软。
2.茴香去掉黄叶,去掉跟,用水泡洗,泡一会,洗净拿出来
3.茴香切碎,备用
4.肉馅放葱姜,酱油,料酒,五香粉,油, 调好,然后放入茴香,调馅。
5.开始擀饺子皮,包大点,因为是蒸饺。吃起来也过瘾。
6.放蒸锅里蒸熟,大约开锅后15分就好了!看,可以享用啦!
温馨提示:面一定用开水烫过。切碎的茴香不用挤干水分,否则茴香发干, 影响口感。
