In spring, peaches flowers red, willow leaves are green, and the swallows are singing and dancing. At the late spring and early summer, it is the season of strawberry maturity. Red strawberries are popular with the old and the young . Strawberries are usually eaten directly after blisters, making jam or salad, which are very good choices. But have you ever steamed strawberries? I have and they are very nice to eat.
Firstly , remove the fresh strawberries leaves, add salt to the water for a while, then rinse.
Then put them on an iron plate to steam for about 10 minutes, because in this way they are easy to be heated.No water
When it becomes cool, you can eat it. If you feel it is not sweet, you can add some sugar candy.
When strawberries are steamed, there will be a lot of water left, thick and sweet , with fragrance of strawberries, really good to eat.
I steamed a large plate, and they were all eaten up .

我蒸了一大盘子,这个小碗凉透后,一下就被吃光了。

我还未曾蒸草莓吃过呢,之前只熬了草莓酱。亲你试试看在结束的时候,挤一点柠檬/青柠进去。我很喜欢在做果酱的最后一步这么做,味道超好^ω^
