200 g butter cookies
100 g of melted butter
A small can of condensed milk (370 g)
300 g cream cheese
The juice of 2 lemons
Strawberry jam
Strawberries for decoration
Grind the cocks and mix with the melted butter until a dough is formed.
Place in the bottom of a mold flattening very well until well distributed.
We keep it in the freezer.
In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with the cream cheese, add the lemon juice and mix well.
We added the preparation based on the cookies and took to the refrigerator for four hours.
Unmold carefully and spread the strawberry jam on top, decorate with a few strawberries and enjoy!
It is an excellent recipe that can be used as a dessert after any meal or to share in an afternoon with friends or enjoy it at a business meeting ... it is practically for any occasion.
