The Hu Tieu Banh Canh in Hanoi looks like it offers a diverse food selection. When I was very young, I did have the opportunity to take a bite of snail, but being so young, I don't remember the taste. I love mochi so the mochiballs with ginger would have been a treat for me. You mentioned that there are more motor bikes than people in Hanoi.....thank goodness that it's motor bikes than cars! Can you imagine how crowded the streets would be?
