4 small banana

160 grams strawberry frozen yoghurt e.g. Weiss

1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Peel bananas and halve lengthways.
If using frozen blueberries, allow to defrost.
Place 2 banana halves in a bowl per serve.
Top with Top each banana with 2 small scoops of strawberry frozen yoghurt.
Sprinkle over blueberries and slivered almonds and serve immediately.
