Healthy Grilled Chicken Wrap

➖1 wholemeal Mountain Bread wrap
➖80 grams chicken breast fillets
➖1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
➖1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
➖5 sun-dried tomatoes
➖1/2 cup rocket lettuce
➖1/2 lime
➖pepper

Rub and coat the chicken breast with the olive oil, then coat the chicken breast with cayenne pepper until it is covered.

Place the chicken breast under a hot grill or on a barbecue and cook for 10 minutes each side, until browned and cooked through.

Once cooked, cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place in the mountain bread wrap, along with the sundried tomatoes and rocket leaves.

Top with cracked pepper and a squeeze of lime juice, fold the wrap over and serve.
