◻2 tbsp macadamias, unsalted
◻2 tbsp cashew nuts, unsalted
◻2 tbsp water
◻1 pitted, dried dates
◻Approximately 1/2 cheek mango
◻1/4 cup green papaya
◻1 tbsp coconut cream
Soak the dates in the hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Place the nuts into a processor and blend to a coarse meal.
Add soaked dates and pulse until mixture sticks together.
In a small tart dish, press the nut and date mixture to form the base of the tart.
Place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
While the base is setting, blend the mango, papaya and coconut cream until smooth.
Bring out the nut base and pour the fruit mixture on top.
Return to the freezer until firm.
This should take around 15-30 minutes.
