For me and I can only speak for me, but I have high blood pressure and if I over do it on the salt it'll be a little high. However I suppose that could be a total coincidence though. I should keep a journal.

Sort:  

A journal is always a good idea. It might be salt in processed food, or processed salt, or something quite different about the processed foods. You might be fine on whole salt, or it might be all salts. It could be worth digging a bit deeper.
