Indian cuisine is a very diverse as its culture. Bread is an essential part of main meals in India so there are varieties of bread to be made in different part of India.
In our region, this multigrain bread is very famous and prepared with different grains and millets.
It is very easy to prepare, nutritious and delicious.
Today when my wife was preparing it, I took some photographs to share with fellow steemians.
Ingredients required
Wheat flour
Corn flour
Gram flour (all in equal quantity)
Chopped spring onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped green chili, chopped corriander leaves as required
Roasted cumin seed powder
Red Chili powder
Salt
Vegetable oil
(Add spices as per your required taste)
Mix all flour and freshly chopped veggies and spices. Add enough water to make a thick batter.
Spread batter evenly on the hot pan and applied some oil.
Let it cook for few minutes and turn upside down, apply oil and again let it cook for few minutes.
When it is cooked from both side serve hot with fresh tomato sauce and green chutney or with anything you like.

Your recipe are yummy. I would love to give this a taste.
Feeling hungry now 😊😊
Why is it important to put Corn flour? Gram flour? Yesterday, I made something similar with green onion. But I don't have gram flour. Have you try making vegan meat that taste like real meat?
I like your recipe! 👍
