Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Chinese cabbage - 200 g
Cucumber - 1 piece.
Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
Yoghurt - 200 g
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. L.
Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Eggs of chicken - 2 pcs.
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper, fry in a pan-grill in 1 tbsp. L. Olive oil until cooked. Remove the meat from the frying pan and allow to cool.
Peking cabbage (only leaves) tear to pieces. Cucumber and sweet pepper cut into strips.
Chicken fillet cut into long strips.
Prepare a dressing: mix natural yogurt, 1 tbsp. L. Olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing vegetables and chicken, put on a salad sliced boiled egg and tomato slices.
