A quote from my blog - very powerful

The constant fed state that most of us live in (eating every 2 hours) is one of the largest CAUSES that prevents us from living our lives the way we want to (over-eating/being in a fed state most of our waking moments is one of the biggest conditioning TOOLS, ensuring the MASS collective-consciousness of society conforms, remaining willing/though unhappily-willing, to work in jobs that suck life energy from us!!

Simple text, how do you 'feel' before work? If it's 'not-good' perhaps you're allowing some of the conditioning tools of society to keep you stuck (and perhaps making excuses that you cannot change - though as adults, we ALL can grow into stronger beings).!

Very true. When people are well fed and comfortable, they don't care what happens outside. This also leads to the obessity cycle. When you're constantly fed, you tend to over eat and stretch your stomach. Then you are comfortably fed and if you miss that meal, you suddenly are starving, which causes you to over eat. This cycles over and over again. Constant eating is not healthy for you.

So true - I totally forgot about the stomach being stretched, meaning we need to eat more to be fully (and there is dehydration due to poor water, lack of drinking any water) lol

Appreciate you reading and the perspective! Good to learn from each other - ponder good ideas... I am somewhat of a philosophical nerd oftentimes

Very interesting perspective

That's why I use intermittent fasting. Eating small meals is ok, but better to do in an 8 hour eating window (research online, it gives you more testosterone too) I have a 16 hour window where I don't eat and only eat during an 8 hour window, wholesome food mainly - still human though and have junk here and there and I think that's ok - just mostly good stuff for the body for me ;)
