Welcome again to my blog and thanks for your support. Today we will be learning an easy and quick recipe for nigerian egg roll so stay tuned😄😘

Before you start make sure you have the following ingredients:

●RECIPE
2 Cups Flour
3 tbs Butter( you can use veg oil in place of this)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp vanilla flavour
1 big egg
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 Cups Sugar
2 Boiled Eggs
Vegetable Oil for deep frying

●PROCEDURE
》STEP 1
Boil 2 eggs till hard, place in a cold bowl of water and set aside.
》STEP 2
Sift 2 cups of flour in a bowl and add all the dry ingredients. Mix all till properly combined.
》STEP 3
Add butter and using your fingers, rub it in till it is crumbly.!

Add vanilla flavour and egg and mix properly
then begin to knead till you form a round dough
Place in a bowl, cover and set aside
》STEP 4
Divide the dough into two and place on a chopping board, knead each piece and wrap around boiled egg till it is sealed.

》 STEP 5
Place a pot on the cooker and fill with enough oil to deep-fry the egg roll
》STEP 6
When it is hot, drop each egg roll in the oil gently and reduce the heat to medium. Fry for about 7-10 minutes.
》 STEP 7

Take out of the oil and allow to drain.

Your egg roll is ready to be served 😜😋😋 preferably HOT
