"Today I want to share a very popular and nutritious duck in Venezuela the "Chicken Leg Soup". Although you may not believe it is a typical dish, although some people call it "poor man's food". And in these times of crisis it has become much more common since proteins (meat, chicken and fish) are expensive and even scarce.
