Hello Steemians friends, today I want to share this recipe of my favorite pancakes. It’s very easy, fast, delicious and very healthy!!! My favorite food is breakfast, I go to sleep thinking about breakfast, who else does this??? hahahahaha and I always try to make a super delicious, fast and healthy meals, to accompany them with a cup of coffee… mmmm yummy!!!
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 large ripe bananas (optional)
• 1 egg
• 1 cup water / almond milk (or other milk) – more for thinning out.
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of sea salt
• coconut oil, for cooking
• optional add-ins: chocolate chips, mixed berries, nuts
Cooking Instructions
In large bowl, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; mix well. In separate medium bowl, combine water or milk, bananas, vanilla and egg; blend well. & liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once, stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. & one of the stir in options, if desired, mix gently. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease skillet. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet. Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Turn. Serve & enjoy!
Pd:I make them with water, I don't use milk to make them more healthy for me, but some people who like to add a little milk, it's your choice.
