How wet is the millet when done? Just like rice? I'm wondering if it wouldn't need a sauce.

yeah the pepper really makes it even better :)
it is somewhat like rice, but it worked very well with out sauce. However, it might of course be even better with a sauce ;) (any idea for a good sauce?)
