It's Qingming Festival , so we can spend enough time cooking at home. And here I want to share two different dishes made of pork， which is cooked by my husband.
这几天正好是清明节假期，所以有足够的时间在家里做饭。今天分享两个猪肉做的不同菜肴，都是我家先生做的。
第一道菜是莲白回锅肉。主料应该是五花肉，但是我们都不是很喜欢吃肉，所以肉倒成了配料。里面放了很多蔬菜，有莲花白，青椒，红椒，木耳，还有回锅肉伴侣—豆豉。总的来说这道菜比较清淡，营养是很丰富的，当然味道也是一级棒。
第二道菜是改良版的凉拌肉，称之为肉拌菜可能更贴切一点。第一道菜偏清淡一点，这道菜呢肯定让你能多吃好几碗饭。食材有猪肉片，黄瓜丝，青笋丝，洋葱丝，红椒丝，香菜。调味料也是简单有老干妈豆豉酱，酱醋，蒜末，藤椒油，少量的盐糖。我们家不吃鸡精和味精，不用这两种调味料食物同样美味，不信，你可以试试。
What the name of those cuisine? Can we change the pork with chicken?
the first one is pork fried with vegetables . The second is cold pork . Of course , you can change it.
