interesting post. its always nice to see somebody whose looking for health! but:
lemons do NOT have enough vit c for the day, bro.
daily amount should be AT LEAST 100mcg but a lemon only has 50. maybe a really good quality lemon could be enough but never as good as paprika.
and its absolutely not good to enjoy you dark chocolat with milk. milk will attack your bones and your blood pH.
and cooking your spinach will lead to destroying all tha good stuff like minerals and vitamins...
