This is a special treat for me ... crispy baked lamb ribs in the oven. Thankfully fat has been removed from Hatelist and I can once again share this delicacy without fearing a latenight visit from the Cholesterol Police.
I roast it at 110C for 3 hours. Only a dry rub.
