Do you want to try a different pasta, tasty and with a spicy touch?
Here an easy recipe of black pasta with cuttlefish, accompanied by olive oil perfumed in garlic, rosemary and chili pepper.
Ingredients (for two people)
- 1 large cuttlefish.
- Black Pasta (150 grams).
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2 chili peppers.
- Fresh parsley.
- 2 Branches of rosemary.
- Salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Cooking Time
Less than 30 minutes.
Recipe preparation
So, it's time to cook! Let's start with the cuttlefish. Cut the cuttlefish into small pieces.
In a hot pan incorporates some olive oil. Sauté the cuttlefish until reduced. Add salt and black pepper.
When the cuttlefish is ready (about 8 minutes), add the chopped parsley. Sauté the mixture for 2 minutes.
When ready, remove the cuttlefish from the heat and reserve on a plate.
Let's continue with the pasta. Next, cook the pasta in salted water following the indications of the pasta (normally, around 5 or 6 minutes).
For the perfumed olive oil, follow the following instructions:
- Cut the garlic into very small pieces.
- In a pan, add plenty of olive oil.
- Add the garlic, the rosemary and, if you like the spicy, the minced chili in the pan. It is important that the cooking of olive oil is done over a very slow heat (5 to 7 minutes over low heat).
When the scented oil is ready, add the cuttlefish to the pan and stir for a minute.
Add the pasta into the pan and stir gently until all the ingredients are integrated.
Ready. Serve it with your favorite wine. And… enjoy it! Bon appétit!
