In truth, I do not feel it in my smoothie because I am lucky to have the "Vitamix", which is a super powerful mixer. He cuts even the seeds of chia !!! So we do not really feel the taste of the seeds and the texture is just a little thicker than if you do not put some. If you do not have a very powerful blender, you can put the seeds at the top of your smoothie, it's an option. It's a matter of taste;) Try and tell me what you think.
