RE: Claypot Rice

This dish looks so savory and delicious! It would be awesome if you could share with the community a more detailed recipe. Then we could all be enjoying this dish around the world!

Ingredient A
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt

Ingredient B
Chicken cut into pieces
Mushrooms (shitake, button, etc)
Chinese Sausage sliced
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

1. Put ingredient A into a claypot, cover and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 15mins.
2. Mix ingredient B together while waiting for the rice to cook and then pour on top of the rice in the claypot. Cook for another 15mins on low heat.
3. Garnish and serve.
