Hello Stemians, if you’ve checked my last post you will see that me and my family have been planting crops recently. We decided to use them to make a delicious healthy homemade dinner which was fresh from our garden and nutritional. As my mum myself and my brothers come from Spain and Chile this was one of our favourite foods but now that we have moved to Wales we don’t eat it much so we really love it as one of our family favourites!! hope it will be yours too!!
Here’s how to make it!
Tortilla:
12 eggs
6 medium sized potatoes
1 pinch of salt
1tsp olive oil
Fried veg:
7 broccoli sticks
3 medium sized carrots
3 tsp sesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt
Method:
Tortilla — for the tortilla first you will need to get a large dish and put the olive oil at the bottom of it , after that cut the potatoes into fairly small squares and place them into the dish (cook the potatoes in the oven 180C 350F until they are almost cooked ) then crack all the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. After the potatoes are almost cooked pour the eggs into the dish and mix the potatoes and egg until it is all even . Cook until the egg is done in the oven (180C 350F ). Enjoy Xxxx
Fried veg — get a frying pan (non stick) and put the olive oil in it along with your broccoli and carrots then fry the veg until they are cooked. when they are completely cooked add in you sesame seeds and salt for flavour and it is ready to serve ! Xxx
