That may be why you have stalled in your progress, fam! Not all criticism is negativity, so throwing out all criticism as "bad" means you can't identify problems. Since identifying problems is the first step in solving them, you're not doing yourself any favours by plugging your ears to everything you chose to label as negative.
Sometimes the truth is hard to hear, but without it we never grow. No offense intended.
