Wow these look delicious! Can I ask, is there a reason that you drink lukewarm water as opposed to cold? Is it better for you? Me and my partner normally drink room temperature water upon rising and since being back in England I kind of have half room temp water and half decaffeinated coffee.

Yea there are many health benefits of drinking lukewarm or warm water in the morning, it helps to cleanse your body and can reduce toxins!
