Hi to everyone my friends ! I brought a traditional Mauritian recipe! It’s a pe tsai Breda bouillon which the most of the Mauritian prepare it to accompany it with chicken curry , or fried beef, I like it because it’s so healthy, and it so good to drink it in this cold weather, because here in Mauritius we have winter ❄️, and the place where I live is so cold.
So I will share with you the ingredients;
- 1 pe tsai brede
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tomato 🍅 chopped
-1 tablespoon of garlic paste - 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
- salt
- oil
- maggi cube
DIRECTION:
- in pot cooker cut the onion +tomato, put the garlic and ginger, salt, stir them well, and wait 2 min then add the water with the pe tsai brede let all cook, after 5 min add the maggi cube.
