For that I have decided its gonna be a cheese, Cheese!

Who doesn't like cheese? almost everyone has their kind of cheese and taste preference around the world! In this segment I'm gonna discuss strictly to cheese only, and of course any marvel that is created within the range of cheese it self.

But do we know what Cheese it self?

Quick explanation trough my own view and how I remembered them

Cheese is based on dairy product that mostly from milk, milk itself is can be from goat, sheep and commonly cow, the cheese is formed trough the process called Coalugation that makes a curd, a curd its self are formed by fat and protein from the milk itself, this process needs help from bacteria, yes we are eating a bacteria. From the curd itself we can see its created trough acidic process by adding enzyme rennet, this is actually an edible acid that we can found in such as lemon juice and vinegar. After the fussy process that none of know about, the raw product then dried and then stored in a special temperature place to get a desired effect on the cheese that can be up to years, and sometimes dipped in a pool of salted water and then can be saled , I think so far that sums up everything up lol.

So its my time to explain what is my view on cheese, but its more like a story lol

I taste cheese back when I was like a wee, like you know, some Cr*ft singles from my big brother used to make, yeah it was a hard time, cheese were rare! even the processed cheese haha omg. It was a hard time, but now I'm wasted in pizza, mac n cheese.. Wow.. That is actually a good idea, yeah why I don't include a trivial things regarding those two ⊙▽⊙

PIZZZZZAAAAAAA

The pizza as we known are veryy much different than the originally intended, the story are way back in 1889, its called 'Pizza 'margherita' back when it was to honor the Queen consort of Italy, Margherita of savoy. The pizza are traced back in Naple, where the story where its began is from the Father of pizza itself is Raffaele Espocito. It shaped our food culture until this time. But yes it gets adjusted through time, the US exactly yeah, they creates such as; Deep dish Chicago style pizza, into the thin crust one, Yeah sorry, it has to be brief, dudes ヽ(ヅ)ノ

Mac N Cheese

For this one, I have to admit I don't know a thing or two about it... But hey, I don't learn everything in a single day (´∀｀•) so for this one I'll include a quick explanation from trusted source;

So trough hassling process and took so much time, there were two kind a dish that American has, it was some Casserole form from the England yes it was that time, so there is Two kind, first of is known as Macaroni pudding from Sourtheastern Connecticut, the second was far more famous it was Thomas Jefferson who bring it back after his sojourn back from Italy, He back with the pasta machine and with the help of his family it all begun, but it was his wife that who started all of this famous American dish.

So the message behind, 'Not everything traversed by time are faded away'. Everything can be better trough time, people invest their time to perfecting things so the future people can enjoy it or maybe preserve it
