This sounds great. I'll take a look at her blog. How's your homemade kimchi and hot sauce vs. the store bought ones?
Hot sauce was better than store bought stuff in the end. Store bought stuff in the US is usually very weak in spice and has been preserved. My stuff tastes like a fresher product because it is and is spicier.
The kimchi stuff I love to eat, it's one of my favorite foods. Like if I have a savory meal, like a burrito, I put that kimchi on it and it makes it taste great. Can put it in sandwhiches. I even made a spicy coleslaw using sriracha mayo as the base and then the kimchi cabbage and carrot as the ingredients. I don't like coleslaw ever but this stuff I like. I put it on hawaian buns and ate it as a coleslaw sandwhich.
