Hey folk @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Papaya. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.

Very good story on Papaya, which is called Pepe in Bangladesh. It has enormous health health benefits, including lowering cholesterol and controlling diabetics.
So everybody in Bangladesh is healthy? Diabetics you get if you are overweighted.. so eating less would help for sure.

Papaya is a multi valuable fruit many say it is even good for diabetic patient. Reduces obesity and full of vitamin, fibre, potassium and sodium. It can be a very good especially during lunch if you are in hurry simply have half or full papaya.

It makes me wonder if this is such a great fruit there are still so many people sick. So how much one need to eat daily to get well? I seldom see papaya in the place where I live. I doubt it will help against worms. 10 hours sleep a night, eating less and ananas will slim down as well and beta-carotene is in carrots as well. Papaya is very cheap where you live?
