Hey folk @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Papaya. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.
Papaya is a natural source of minerals and vitamins vital to the normal working of the human body. It is famous for its tropical bright colors and flavors. It can be eaten as raw fruits, milkshakes, smoothies or vegetables in various recipes.

Health Benefits of Papaya

The health benefits of papaya are:

Weight Loss

Papaya is also good for people who want to lose weight naturally. Having a bowl full of papaya snacks in the evening or during the day is good for your health and weight loss due to its fiber that makes you feel full and bowel movement easy.

Aids in Digestion

Papaya is usually well digested. Papain is a super-digestive enzyme that improves digestion by breaking down proteins and cleansing the digestive tract.

Prevents Infections

Papaya can effectively kill intestinal worms to avoid associated complications and infections.

Skin Care

Papaya can be a good conditioner, so they are used in many cosmetics. In addition, papaya is used by many women for homemade masks. Papaya purifies the skin and kills dead cells. The useful components and repair enzymes in papaya can help skin irritation and treat sunburn.

Prevents Arthritis

Papaya is known to be effective against osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. An enzyme found in papaya, known as papaya chymase, has a significant effect on the control of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Treats Macular Degeneration

Macular degeneration is an eye disease. In this case, the eye cells worsen, causing blindness and blurred vision. It is an age-related disease. Adding papaya to your diet can help reduce the risk of macular degeneration. An antioxidant called beta-carotene provides papaya.

Very good story on Papaya, which is called Pepe in Bangladesh. It has enormous health health benefits, including lowering cholesterol and controlling diabetics.

So everybody in Bangladesh is healthy? Diabetics you get if you are overweighted.. so eating less would help for sure.

Papaya is a multi valuable fruit many say it is even good for diabetic patient. Reduces obesity and full of vitamin, fibre, potassium and sodium. It can be a very good especially during lunch if you are in hurry simply have half or full papaya.

It makes me wonder if this is such a great fruit there are still so many people sick. So how much one need to eat daily to get well? I seldom see papaya in the place where I live. I doubt it will help against worms. 10 hours sleep a night, eating less and ananas will slim down as well and beta-carotene is in carrots as well. Papaya is very cheap where you live?
