Hey folks @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Annato. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.
Health Benefits of Annatto
The health benefits of annatto are as under:
Antimicrobial
Due to the powerful antioxidants properties, annatto has antibacterial properties that may kill a variety of pathogens and bacteria. It is also very effective for various foodborne illnesses.

The high levels of fiber found in annatto seeds and edible leaves of the achiote plant are beneficial for digestion. It promotes the efficient consumption of food through the intestine and nutrients. I knew this thing from the ingredients list of the yellow cheese. But have never seen it in the form of superfood. Anyways thanks for making this post, I have learned something new about annato :)
