Hello, hope you all are healthy or fine. friend today i will share a healthy breakfast reciepe.As we come back from the holiday season, it's natural to feel a bit sluggish and tired. That's why it's important to fuel our bodies with healthy and delicious foods, like Rava Appe

Rava appe is a savory snack that hails from South India. It's made from a batter consisting of semolina (also known as rava), yogurt, and various spices. The batter is then cooked in an appe pan, which creates small, round, and crispy fritters.

Making rava appe is actually quite easy! Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup semolina (rava)

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp oil

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina, yogurt, and water. Mix well and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

  2. After 10 minutes, add in the chopped onion, grated carrot, green chili (if using), ginger paste, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Heat a non-stick appe pan on medium heat. Add a drop of oil to each cavity.

  4. Add the baking soda to the batter and mix well.

  5. Using a small spoon, fill each cavity with the batter.

  1. Cook the rava appe on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes. Once the bottom is golden brown, flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  1. Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or any other dipping sauce of your choice.
