Alright so this is a very important lesson for all of you non Mexican or just people who don't know the difference!
So in my travels I have found out that there is an epidemic (Mainly in USA) of so called "Mexican" restaurants who serve tacos.... but in reality they are crap!
This is what an American Taco looks like
HARD Tortilla?!??!? What is that and who thought it was a good idea? Tacos are supposed to be soft, greasy, full of shit inside that will fall off in the first bite!
Now THIS is a real Mexican taco
SEE THE DIFFERENCE??? Avocado, Spicy Sauce (if you are feeling extra risky) and meat that will make you have a foodgasm the minute it touches your mouth!
Now after learning this I hope that whenever you go out and eat Mexican food you eat the real deal!
wow... now im hungry so im going out for some tacos :) hope you learned something
Street tacos.... the best!
gotta love them!

Damn, I need to take a trip to Mexico. I was outside of North America for 10 years and Mexican food was all I wanted. I tried Mexican food everywhere and most of it makes Taco Bell look authentic. Budapest had some legit tacos (from an American perspective at least). Vietnam had some good California style Mexican food. Everywhere else was pretty bad, even Guatemala was disappointing (better than most, but something wasn't right).
Now I need to go eat. Thanks!
