Nice! I make this every now and then. It´s soo good!
I usually also add mango. Not the sweet mango, but the raw/green small mango.
It adds a nice dimension to the ceviche I think. :)

oooh sounds good actually! I've never tried that green mango until last year in Thailand as i was curious, it tasted like a cross between apple and pear!
