Coffee consumption may contributed to my bone condition but being a dialysis patient for so long is the main factor although most of my copatients doesn't seem to suffer like I am currently battling with. But I had tried to cut coffee before and one thing I had noticed is that I had a good sleep afterwards.
But due to my family consuming coffee I was drawn again in drinking it and it had been my companion when I am feeling sad and blue as it alleviates sadness, that is why maybe I am not depressed right now despite a million reasons that I must be because of my scores of conditions that I am suffering with.
Yesterday I had this pounding headache that is quite unusual. It was mild though but not to be ignored. I had that kind of headache because my parents left to get some assistance with the Mayor so I cannot get some coffee myself. After they arrived I asked for a half cup of coffee and then waited for my headache to alleviate.
True enough my headache got wiped away until it was no more. It is quite pleasurable when you got a headache symptom of withdrawal and then it is cured by having some coffee. I cannot just quit coffee because it makes me happy, it cures or prevents depression, and it gives me a cheery disposition. But I am drinking too much now, half a cup in the morning and two cups in a day at the most.

I gave up meat, dairy, eggs, and cigarettes - but never my coffee :-) but on the other hand I do enjoy my tea alwell and I guess I wouldn't be to heart broken if I had to replace my coffee with more tea.
