Good day steemians,

Today I wanted to share with you this Mexican Taco Bowl. This is a very simply keto recipe and quick to prepare, you just have to prepare the bowl with the following ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Marinated pulled pork cooked in oven (25 min approx.)
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red chilli
  • Purple onion
  • Avocado
  • Bacon
  • Bell peppers (yellow, red, and green)
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Fresh orange juice
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Dry oregano
