- 8 grains of pears and skin, split into 2 and discarded the middle

How to make
- Enter the split pears along with the rock sugar, cinnamon and cloves into a heat-resistant bowl. Add water and rum.
- Fill the pan with water as high as ¼ tall pan and put a steamer rack on the water. It should be noted that when a bowl of pears is placed on a shelf, its position must be on water.
- Boil water with large flames. When the water is boiling, place a heat-resistant bowl of pears on the shelf.
