Since I've been a bit stressed lately, I thought of giving myself a reward
Yay! I returned to my favorite restaurant to eat my favorite meal; rice with egg and meat. And of course there must be dessert, the one I took was the Choco Mouse.
For me, I always have a meal of choice and I only differ in dessert. Because I never get tired of food that has a good balance of carbohydrates, protein, and dietary fibers. For me, this meal that I ate is complete because of the ingredients it has. How I wish I could eat this everyday because I'm going to exceed my budget so it's not possible. Anyway, I'm happy that I can eat like this once a week. It's better if it's only once a week because I miss this food even more. It's also good that it's only once a week because I might get bored if I eat it every day.
Eating cake for dessert is a luxury, lol. For me, eating dessert is an effective stress reliever. I temporarily forget about my problems when I eat a special meal like this. But of course I am aware that this is only a temporary solution to my problems but somehow my mind has been refreshed and I am gaining new strength to face life's challenges. Life is just like that, let's not let ourselves give up because of the problems that life brings.
Having problems is a normal part of life. Even rich people definitely have problems. So it depends on us how we deal with life. We have a choice in how we react to life's challenges. We can give up but will you be happy? Life is more fulfilling when we fight life's challenges and achieve the success that is meant for us.
When the time comes for us to achieve success, let's make sure we reward ourselves so we can feel the joy of life. Hope you Hivers are ok wherever you are.
