Fried Crucian Fish in 3 easy Steps!

Hello Friends!

Today I will present to you a simple but very delicious plate of fried fish!

Ingredients:

• fish, crucian (romanian caras)
• flour
• sunflower oil
• salt

Steps:

1. Clean the fish
2. Make the fish to take a bath in flour
3. Put the fish in the frying pan were you heated the sunflower oil.

Note : When you clean the fish you take the scales with a knife and the guts too, after that you just make some cuts with the knife to ensure that the whole fish will be fried. Now the salt you add when you like it , some people add it after the fish is cleaned some people add it when the fish is on the frying pan
