Today was day 3 of my daily yoga classes. I started on the first day of spring, March 20th. Check out how I fueled my body after the strenuous class.

My meal consisted of 4 things.

8oz of raw strip steak, 5 thick strips of cooked fatty bacon, 3 raw eggs, and 16 oz of raw goat milk.

I look forward to seeing how I feel after 30 days of yoga. I have been off of my practice, luckily my body still remembers quite a bit.

You already know Conrad 👹

So... I gave the whole vegan/vegetarian thing a try for a couple of years actually. It just is not fulfilling and honestly isn’t even all that healthful. Especially once you dive really deep into the actual science. It’s pretty shocking how anybody at all would eat only plants.

I sadly fell for the #vegan propaganda for a few years. I’m happy to say I’ve found that eating my most natural diet is what my body and I enjoy most.

What’s most healthful is to listen to your own body. Experimentation with other diets, I’m sure, was very helpful getting you to your current, healthful state. The grind never stops, fam

Certainly so.

I’m usually eager to try new things , not just when it comes to diet. It’s that open-mindedness that has allowed me to experience many awesome times just for the simple fact that I gave something new a try. It doesn’t always result positively, luckily the lessons from the negative instances are enough to have zero regrets typically.

Good outlook, this can be translated to many other areas other than diet, too. Being open-minded helps in many alternatives as well. Taking those life lessons with you, even when the outcomes are not as personally welcomed, is a great way to experience personal growth. Solid brother 👊🏻
