Here I leave a recipe super easy to make delicious.
The ingredients you will need are:
- 500 gr. Of flour
- 1 tsp. of Yeast
- 1 tsp. of Bicarbonate
- 170 gr. Of butter
- 225 gr. Of sugar
- 250 gr. Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract tureen
- 380 gr. Chocolate Chips with milk
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175ºC.
- In a large bowl mix the flour, the yeast and the bicarbonate. Reservation.
- Beat the butter along with the sugar and brown sugar for a few seconds, just enough for both ingredients to be integrated.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour and beat ten seconds. Then he goes to work the dough with his hands, to avoid beating too much.
- Finally, add the Chocolate Chips, also helping with your hands.
- On a baking tray covered with non-stick paper, place balls slightly smaller than a golf ball, if you like to crush them a little, and put them in the oven.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until the bottom edge begins to brown. If they touch the cookies, they will see that they will be very soft, at which time many people think they are not made and bake them more. The biscuits will always be soft when taken out of the oven, they will look raw, and it is when they get cold when they harden, so the way to check whether they are made or not is by the color.
- When removed from the oven, let stand on the tray until they have hardened and you can move them to a grid, where you should leave them until they have cooled completely.
