FOODlog #1330: Fried Chicken Wraps

We often have wraps for our staff suppers as it's quick to put together and doesn't take so much of brain power to think of how it can be delicious.

We do change up the fillings and it always turns out really tasty. This time I made some fried chicken bites using boneless chicken thighs. Some scramble eggs, Frisee Lettuce, American cheese, chili sauce and garlic Aioli completes the fillings, making it a delicious combo of simple ingredients.

You could say the chicken bites are like the Japanese chicken Karaage. They were crispy on the outside and super moist and juicy on the inside. An extremely satisfying and delicious wrap making it the perfect supper to end a weekend night shift.
