Hello community @steemit, I wants to share this delicious recipe that I had the opportunity to do with a few companions in a kitchen course. To my seeming is easy to do, the landfill is very easy, just need patience and a good tack to bone the entire chicken, I recommend to you to look for videoes in YouTube to learn like to do it stepwise. The ingredients that you need are:
- 1 big or medium chicken (is better a big chicken to bone)
- 1 slece to ham.
- 1 slace of yellow chesse.
- 1 slace of breast of chicken.
- 1 1/2 red peper and 1 green peper.
- 1 mediom onion.
- 1 carrot.
- olives to your taste.
- 6 slace of bacon
- 1 egg.
- Needle and thread.
- Salt and pepper to the taste.
- 3 oranges.
First, it cleans and bones the chicken. Remembers not to break the skin to obtain better results.
Cuts all the vegetables, the cheese and the ham in very small buckets (brunoise) and in a bowl mix all, add the egg and later put the salt and the pepper to your taste, also you can add other spices that you should like to give them mas flavor.
The chicken is refilled, tries to refill everything in order that when it is cut it could estimate the landfill. Later with the thread and the needle it is closed in the places that had opened and if the skin broke also you can take it seam. Put the strips of bacon overhead. It ties with a thread more thickly the wings together with the thighs and put it in a tray and add the juice of the oranges. Take it to the oven, when it gets a gold color is ready.
And finally, the most important, TO EATING!! I could not take photos inside of the chicken:( but it was delicious
