1 tablespoon coffeemix / white coffee
A little salt
Vanilla powder

35 g of blue triangle flour / 3 tablespoons full

1/4 teaspoon baking soda (which is still active)

Step

1 Mix all ingredients A in a saucepan, Cook the ingredients over with low heat while stirring until warm and soluble ingredients (not boiling) then chill.

4 Note: -Baking powder and baking soda can not be skipped in the recipe, if you want to just use baking powder just use baking powder double acting. How to test baking powder and baking soda are still good / active. Baking powder + warm water will hiss hard. Soda cake + vinegar will release as many bubbles as soap.

5 This result of cake after cut very soft and moist.
