The Best Way to Start Your Day

  1. Pineapple - one slice
  2. Banana 
  3. Strawberries - a handful
  4. Beet
  5. Dates - I use 6 (remove the pit)
  6. Orange
  7. Ginger - small piece
  8. Tumeric - small piece

Add ice, a bit of water, and a splash of honey. Then blend at high speed. The blender I use is a regular Vitamix.

Ready to enjoy!
