Yakatori was the first Japanese food i ever tried and it lead to me falling in love with the whole culture and people too. My wife is Japanese and we travel there every two years. Tonight we cooked Japanese curry and rice at home. Good to see your living the dream. Enjoy your gyoza and sashimi too.
