SINUGLAW is a native dish here in the Philippines. It comes from the word SINUGBA which is a grilled pork and KINILAW which is a raw seafood, usually cooked through a vinegar. A combination of two different menues that came up with a very salivating meal that suit your taste-buds and even crave for more. ME, MYSELF can't get enough with this food and is one of my favorite food in my entire existence.
