I'm catching up here, as I've been missing from the site for awhile. Sorry if these comments are as stale as old toast, but I guess later is better than never.

Those redbud eggs/omelettes look grand. I think that would be tasty, and so colorful to eat. It's amazing to me how much you know about eating wild things. Stuff I never knew was possible to consume. Thanks for putting it out here for us. Keep up the great works.

There's so many good plants to eat out there. I think it would take more than a lifetime to learn them all, let alone try them all. It really drives home how few different plants we see in the stores. Some of these, you can't buy at any price, but you can pick all you want for free! I hope you get to eat some redbud flowers sometime!
