Hai teman hari ini saya akan membahas tentang makanan yang sering di masakin oleh orang-orang Aceh khususnya Lhokseumawe yaitu Tumis ikan Tongkol, Dan kali ini saya ingim membuat dalam dua Bahasa yaitu Indonesia dan English supaya Masyarakat Luar juga akan paham dan mungkin mau untuk Mencoba nya dirumah.

Bahan

  • 1 kg ikan tongkol

  • 1 butir jeruk nipis,ambil airnya

  • 1/2 sendok garam

  • 3 sendok minyak untuk menumis

  • 8 butir bawang merah,iris tipis

Haluskan:

  • 5 siung bawang putih

  • ½ sendokmerica butir

  • ½ sendok adas

  • 1 sendok ketumbar ,sangrai

  • 5 buah cabai merah besar

  • 3 cm jahe

  • 1 sendok garam

  • 8 buah asam sunti/asam jawa,iris -iris

  • 1 lembar daun pandan,ikat

  • 10 cabai rawit hijau

  • 5 buah belimbing sayur,belah-belah

  • 450 ml air

Cara Membuat:

  1. Bersihkan ikan tongkol ,potong menjadi 5 bagian.Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam,diamkan selama 15 menit

  2. Panaskan minyak ,lalu tumis bawang merah sampai harum.Tambahkan bumbu halus,asam sunti,daun pandan,cabai rawit hijau,dan belimbing sayur.Tumis sampai bumbu matang.

  3. Tuang air,masak sampai mendidih.Masukkan ikan tongkol,masak sampai tongkol matang dan kuah mengental,angkat.

  • 10 green chili pepper

  • 5 fruit starfruit vegetables, split

  • 450 ml of water

How ​​to make:

  1. Clean the tuna fish, cut into 5 parts.Lumuri with lime juice and salt, let stand for 15 minutes

  2. Heat the oil, then saute the onion until fragrant. Add spices, sunti acid, pandan leaves, green cayenne pepper, and belimbing vegetable.Tumis until the seasoning is cooked.

  3. Pour the water, cook until boiling. Enter the tuna fish, cook until cooked cob and sauce thickens, remove.
