Oreo Cheese Cake (No bake)
Ingredients:
2 packs of vanilla oreo
150 gr butter
100 gr whip cream powder
400 ml of full cream liquid milk
4 teaspoon gelatin powder (me: agar plain)
250 gr cream cheese (me: prochiz spready)
7 pieces of oreo for sprinkling
Step:
Melt butter
Separate oreo with cream, then puree oreo (I blender pake dry mill)
Combine butter with oreo, mix well
Prepare the unloading pans 20 cm diameter, alasi bottom with baking paper. If ga no bongpas pan can use jar
Pour the oreo dough into a pan, flatten it out
Dissolve gelatin / agar with 100 ml of water
Prepare the pan, enter the cream oreo, whip cream, cream cheese, and gelatin / agar to be diluted. Cook until melupup, stirring with a whisk baloon
Stir constantly do not be left behind because it can burn
After exploding, lift and pour into a baking dish
Prepare oreo for sprinkling, blender with dry mill, then sprinkle over the dough with cream cheese, Sprinkle using a filter to neatly
Store the cake in the chiller refrigerator for at least 4 hours
After 4 hours can be added garnish such as whip cream, oreo and cherry
